We have 2 options when booking with us, please read thoroughly and if any questions feel free to contact us.
The standard booking condition are those that the guest can cancel the reservation free of charge 30 days or more before arrival.
If he cancels within 30 days before arrival, he will be charged 50% of the accommodation amount.
If the guest does not show up, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
The guest pays 50% of the reservation amount 45 day(s) before arrival.
The rest of 50% of the amount is paid during the stay.
We do also offer an option for our guests to have a 10% discount on the standard rates but in this case you will have to pay the full amount of your reservation in advance and in this case you will not be able to cancel it afterwards for free.
The full amount will be held by the hotel.
Although it sounds nice to have a small discount please think about it when booking the non refundable rate since you can always come across something that will postpone your trip and we will be very unhappy to have to say no at any of your requests.
